I totally understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be an effective and fair therapist to all clients, please take note of the following policies :

Cancellations

24 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment with me. This allows the opportunity for
Other clients to schedule appointments.

If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, or you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No-show, no call or message within 24 hours will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate other clients whose appointments are scheduled following yours.

Depending upon how late you arrive, Lienne will determine if there is enough time remaining to start the proposed treatment.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full amount of session scheduled.

Out of respect and consideration for Lienne and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Payment

Full payment is expected after treatment in the form of gift certificate, cash or credit/debit card.

All clients, whether they have received treatment or booked an appointment, are bound by this policy without any prejudice or exemption.

Please understand that Crystal Moon Hair & Holistics is a small business. Therefore, missed appointments without notice is costly  and time consuming  and prevents me from being able to schedule other clients.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please message or call 07598 938196 at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Please leave a message if I am unable to take your call.
